Batch editing

The easiest way to set a category or a family member is to select one ore more transactions and drag them with the mouse to the necessary category. Batch editing allows you to set a category to a group of records and also rename them, set status, hide records from other users, protect from editing and much more. Select several records (you can use filters to select the records), open the panel for batch editing and select the command.

Categorize

Organize selected items to categories, family members or add tags.

Check

Check or uncheck selected transactions.

Status

Set the status of a transaction (uncleared, cleared, reconciled).

Rename

Rename selected items.

Access

Restrict access to selected items (Read / write, visibility, owner). (this function is available only for the commercial license)

Hide

Hide the batch editing panel.
