Creating & editing users

Name of the user.

Click the button to select the icon for the user.

Password. Each user can set a password for him/herself (File - Settings).

Enter a hint in case you forget the password.

Blocked user can't login into the system. It makes sense to set this option for group of users.

"Read only" option doesn't allow a user to edit any data.

Description of the user.

Initially, a user has full access to all directories (like the Administrator), but restrictions can be configured very flexibly. For example, you can completely deny access to a specific directory or only prohibit deleting, editing, or creating records. We recommend restricting access to the "Users" directory to everyone except the Administrator, preventing users from editing or creating other users.
